How to make saag paneer



Sound of winter as well as the market is full of green leafy vegetables . Today we light roast with these green leafy vegetables, vegetable cheese cheese mixed greens which are made in Punjab and North India is one of the most popular vegetables .
 Essential Ingredients - Ingredients for saag paneer
·        Mustard leaves - 250 g

·        Fenugreek - 125 gm
·        Coriander - 50-60 grams
·        Green chillies – 2
·        Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
·        Asafoetida - 1 pinch
·        Coriander powder - 1 tsp
·        Oil - 2-3 tablespoons
·        Melted butter - 1 tablespoon
·        Cheese - 200 grams
·        Tomatoes - 3 ( 200 grams)
·        Flour - 1 tablespoon
·        1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
·        Ginger paste - 1 tsp
·        Red pepper - ¼ tsp

Recipe - How to make the perfect saag paneer?

Please clean the mustard leaves , please remove large spikes , leaves and pieces break apart . Leaves , wash with clean water , please remove excess water and chop up the leaves and take the lighter fat .
